Now, let’s start the setup process to configure the SBCGlobal account in the MS Outlook platform using the below-given steps:

  • If you choose IMAP, then enter these details—

    • Outgoing Email Server: smtp.mail.yahoo.com; Outgoing Port: 465
    • Requires ‘Encrypted Connection’ SSL: Yes
    • Requires authentication: Yes
  • If you choose POP, then enter these details—
    • Incoming E-mail Server: inbound.yahoo.com; Incoming Port: 995
    • Outgoing Email Server: outbound.yahoo.com; Outgoing Port: 465
    • Requires ‘Encrypted Connection’ SSL: Yes
    • Requires authentication: Yes
  • Once you’re done with entering the server details, click on the ‘Login Information’ section and move on to again enter the below-given details:
    • User’s Name- Enter your SBCGlobal Email Account’s Username
    • Email Address: Enter your SBCGlobal Email Account ID
    • Password: Enter your SBCGlobal Email Account Password
  • After this, click on the ‘OK’ button to save the server settings of the SBC Global email account.
  • Then, in the last, also click on the ‘Next’ and the ‘Finish’ button to complete the configuration process of the SBC Global email account in MS Outlook.
