That’s why it’s important to make sure that you know what your cancellation and refund policy options are when you fly with Breeze Airways. It turns out that you’ll have different policies depending on where you book your flight, so here’s what you need to know about all your choices.

Our flight status

Breeze Airways is committed to getting you to your destination safely and on time. We are currently monitoring Hurricane Irma and its potential impact on our flights. Your cancellation rights

If you need to cancel your flight, you can do so through the Fly Breeze portal on Breeze Airways’ website. The airline will refund your ticket if you cancel at least 24 hours before departure. If you cancel within 24 hours of your flight, you will not be refunded, but you may be able to apply for a voucher to use on a future Breeze Airways flight. To request a voucher, contact customer service. If your flight is canceled by Breeze Airways, you are automatically entitled to a full refund. If you’re delayed more than two hours on a domestic flight or four hours on an international flight, you can also request a refund. Domestic flights

If you need to cancel your domestic flight, you can do so through the Fly Breeze app or website. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled departure, you will be refunded the full cost of your ticket. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled departure, you will be charged a $50 fee. If you do not show up for your flight, you will be charged a $75 fee. Breeze Airways does not allow changes to be made to domestic flights less than 24 hours before departure.

International flights

Breeze Airways has a Fly Breeze cancellation policy for international flights that allows you to cancel your flight up to 24 hours before departure and receive a full refund. If you need to cancel your flight within 24 hours of departure, you will be charged a $50 fee. If you need to cancel your flight after departure, you will not be refunded. For changes made more than 60 days before departure, there is a $200 fee. For changes made between 30-60 days before departure, there is a $100 fee. And for changes made less than 30 days before departure, there is a $50 fee.

Schedule changes

Fly Breeze members can cancel their flight without penalty up to 24 hours before departure. To cancel, log in to your account on the Breeze Airways website and go to the My Trips page. Find the trip you want to cancel and click on the Cancel Trip button. If you need help, contact customer service. Advance notice of 48 hours is required for changes to flights due to a death or serious illness in the traveler’s immediate family or if the traveler becomes incapacitated.

Route changes

Fly Breeze members can cancel their flight without penalty up to 24 hours before departure. To cancel, log in to your account on the Breeze Airways website and go to the My Trips page. Find the flight you want to cancel and click on the Cancel Flight button. If you need help, contact Breeze Airways customer service. Breeze Airways will be happy to assist you with the process of canceling a flight. Remember that cancellation penalties vary by destination, so if you’re canceling a route change (not an outright cancellation), be sure to double-check what it costs with our Customer Service team first.

Rescheduling your flights

If you need to reschedule your flights, you can do so through the Fly Breeze app or by calling Breeze Airways customer service. If you reschedule more than 60 days before your original flight, there is no fee. If you reschedule within 60 days of your original flight, there is a $50 fee. If you cancel your flight, you will receive a full refund if you cancel more than 60 days before your flight. If you cancel within 60 days of your flight, you will receive a partial refund.

Lost baggage

Breeze Airways does its best to get your baggage to you as soon as possible. However, sometimes bags are delayed or lost. If your bag is delayed, you can track it using the Fly Breeze app or website. If your bag is lost, you can file a claim online or at the airport. Breeze Airways baggage policy will reimburse you for reasonable expenses incurred because of the lost baggage.

Upgrades and seating issues

If you need to cancel your flight, you can do so through the Fly Breeze app or website. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled departure, you will be refunded in full. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled departure, you will not be refunded. However, This Airways may offer you a voucher for future travel. If you need to change your seat on a Breeze Airways flight, you can do so through the Fly Breeze app or website. If there are open seats available, you will be able to select a new seat at no additional cost. If there are no open seats available, you may be able to purchase an upgrade to a premium seat.
