Business Law Learning

business law learning

ExLibro specializes in business law!

Business law courses include contract law, company law, bankruptcy and insolvency law, among others.

Our program focuses on niche courses that address issues practitioners face in their everyday work, and are perceived as more challenging.

We limit the number of participants in our courses to ensure there is enough room for questions and answers! You’ve come to the right place if you’re looking for courses that will help you achieve legal excellence.

If you cannot find what you’re looking for, please let us know, and perhaps a future course will be available.

We also offer digital dispute resolution!

As you probably know, there are a lot of contractual disputes. A claim is usually brought by one party and objected to by the other, which raises contractual law issues. As well as relevant jurisprudence, the course discusses some of the most common contractual law issues.

Providing legal advice or making recommendations requires you to take this course!

Discussions about valuations (also given digitally!)

Do you ever collaborate with valuation experts or meet them on the other side of the table as a lawyer? You’re in the right place if you’re interested in this course!

Do you plan to file in a general court, an administrative court, or an arbitration board? You’ll love this course if you do!

Procedural challenges and opportunities in bankruptcy

The course discusses bankruptcy litigation’s opportunities and challenges.

You will have the opportunity to listen to one of the country’s leading bankruptcy litigators, Lars Ehrstedt, who has over 40 years of experience in court and arbitration proceedings. This course is appropriate for anyone who works with bankruptcy or insolvency, or who otherwise deals with such processes.

The law of associations was recently involved in a case

As part of the discussion, Urban Bvestam and Johan Danelius review the legal developments in association law, particularly the limited company law. As well as reviewing new legislation, they also review new Supreme Court and appellate court practice. For anyone working in association law, this is a must-read! It is a first-come, first-served event with a limited number of spaces available!
