Balasana

By doing this asana, the muscles of the body become strong and belly fat decreases. To do this asana, sit on the ground with your knees bent and put the whole part of the body on the ankles. Lean forward while taking a deep breath. Your chest should touch the thighs and try to touch the floor with your forehead, stay in this position for a few seconds and come back to the normal position.

This asana reduces excess body fat and makes your body flexible, Bhujanga is called cobra in English and since it is a snake-like posture with a hood in appearance, hence this posture is named Bhujangasana, for this, lie down on the ground on your stomach. Now with the help of both the hands, lift the upper part of the body upwards from the waist, but the elbows should be bent. The palm is open and spread on the ground, Now move the face upwards without moving the rest of the body to stay in this position for some time.

This asana is practised while standing. This asana exercises the head, waist, legs and spine. Practising this mudra is especially beneficial after practising yoga while standing. To do this, stand straight, while inhaling, take the hands above the head. Pull the body up, tilt the body forward from the hips. Now keep the head and neck in a relaxed posture towards the ground and raise the hips upwards, stay in this position for a minute.

Trikonasana

Do Trikonasana to reduce excess body fat. To do this, stand straight, keep a distance of one metre in both the feet, bring both the arms in the line of the shoulders, bend forward from the waist, exhale. Now touch the left foot with the right hand, keep the left palm towards the sky, keep the arm straight, look at the left palm, stay in this position for two-three seconds, now straighten the body and stand up while breathing .

Paschimottanasana

It is very helpful in reducing belly fat, this asana is beneficial in constipation, dyspepsia, gas, belching and diabetes, to do this, sit with your legs stretched out in front. Straighten it and pull it upwards, while exhaling, bend forward and hold the toes of the feet with the hands and put the forehead on the knees. Knees should not bend here, Try to keep the elbows on the ground. Close the eyes and hold the breath for a while keeping it normal, then come back while inhaling.
