In this disorder, people try to keep busy in weight losing parameter, and it is when he is already fit according to their height and age. If you want to keep yourself underweight, your body will allow just 15% more than your average weight. If you try to lose more, then the result could be terrible.

First of all, take the patient to the doctor, then the doctor will help him keep his weight regular, then make the diet chart to maintain weight and cure other problems

Bulimia (Immediate vomit after eating)

A person sometimes eats more than need, and after that, he vomited just after eating. After all, he feels that he did wrong with himself because, as a patient with anorexia, he is afraid of weight gain. In the beginning, he did it one or two times later; it’s habitual of it. This problem is done with negative thinkers and low self-esteem, but this is not regular; sometimes, a person eats more and later returns to a traditional diet.

Treatment

This disorder also treats on a mentally level by psychologists and counsellors. This problem could be solved by nutrition education. It is easy to treat according to anorexia. Along with this, if you face hair fall and teeth problems, you will treat according to that. On worsening the situation, give the medicine to calm the starvation. To cure this disorder, you should do meditate regularly.

Biz Eating (eat intermittently)

This is a prevalent disorder a person can’t stop himself from eating continuously infect it is not like by him either. This person keeps eating, and weight is in the process. This was mostly when he was on holiday, like Saturday and Sunday. Other than these days, he uses to take the cake, pastry, ice-cream samosa.

Symptoms

  1. Eat twice or thrice times on an off day then regular Being afraid of losing control of food
  2. Stop himself share plate
  3. Accused obesity for unsuccessfulness
  4. High blood pressure and cholesterol
  5. Suffer from regular leg and joint pain
  6. Excessive sweat and excessive gasping
  7. Food is considered as a best friend

Treatment

This person is well known about his problem, which he is suffering from but unable to control. That’s why counselling is necessary for this person. Once he gets control over his mind, he will be able to control it. 

Reason of Eating Disorder

This is an eating disorder that is related to food, but this is related to our mind. Predominantly people suffer from eating disorders. They are mentally ill, like anxiety, depression and stress. 

Psychological: After getting in trouble, people to be victims of eating disorders like anyone get unsuccessful in relation, jobs, studies any competition.

Environmental – people get the victim of it when he feels alone, and that time, they take support of the food. Otherwise, some teenage girl’s victim of ED because of getting zero size figure like any actress. If the same thing in the home means any elder doing diet and more conscious on health, then kids do the same. So, the family environment should also make a suitable never eat more or less before kids because they will do the same as they will see their elders. 

The same follow up with friends too. If anyone taunts on weight, then the kid starts on dieting or more eating. So, keep an eye also on what kind of environment your kids are going to. Mostly this thing happens with teenage girls.

Biological: In our body, there are present many enzymes if they will get unbalanced, so it could be the reason for Depression, leading to eating disorders. And excessive exercise could be the reason for it because more workouts increase anxiety levels and, as we study above, any mental illness. 

Conclusion

As we study the whole blog, we find that any mental disorder is the biggest reason for an eating disorder. A complete is a meal in which we are taking total carbohydrates, calcium, proteins and vitamins. We should take five meals in a day breakfast, lunch, dinner and two mid meals if we take them properly. Then we don’t feel any extra need.

If you know that due to which trouble and what makes you disturb then firstly try to solve out and for that why don’t you need help from any counsellor.

Other than this we should not forget Food is considered important in every person of life but in a different way like for some it’s like to buy, some like to cook, to eat and for some it’s a chore, grabbed in hurry, or mostly loose with fear of overweight, unhappiness or anxiety may be channeled in to comfort eating or eat for relaxation of mind. Or most of the women like compulsive dieting.

Our attitude towards food is whatever. but we cannot avoid it, nor we can avoid what we are eating that means bad diet. Having a good diet or bad diet just does not effect on our mental and physical health but it’s also effects on them who are follow us like kids. A woman should serve best herself because her family eye on her and considered is right in every manner whatever we sort of life we live. 

Along with all these we must take care we eat less or more it depends on our digestive system or on our lifestyle. But are we eating right or not? Its main point because only right eating is a way of keep fit and fine and live a happy life.
